Colon cleanse - clensing

A good colon cleanse may include the use of several different supplements and a few days of fasting. A good colonic clensing should also contain a parasite clense.

Colon cleanse (clense) types:

• Enemas
• Herbal supplements
• Laxatives
• Oxygen-based cleansers

All these cleaners are both good and bad. But the most effective are usually the oxygen-based cleaners.

Enemas

This treatment has been used to treat constipation for centuries. How effective it is depends on which type of enema that is used. Generally, only material from the lower part of the colon will be removed. No enemas are able to remove compaction. However, they are effective at removing waste from the rectum. The rectum is the lowest part of the colon. The disadvantage with this type of clenser is that many people find it unpleasant to insert the enema into the rectal opening.
There are different types of enemas such as:

• Water enemas, it’s much like the hydrotherapy except that less water is used.
• Coffee enemas, the enema contain coffee.
• Clay enemas.

Disadvantages with enemas:

When an enema is used on an occasional basis by a professional it is safe. But an enema may create more problems than what it solves. If tap water is used you may kill the good bacteria in your colon because the tap water contains too much chlorine. By using tap water you also inject microscopic parasites for example: Giardia, campylobacter and cryptosporidia. An enema can also make the colon to balloon out and this mean permanently damage of the colon. Enemas also do not reach the smaller intestines as the hydrotherapy does.  

Oxygen-Based colon cleansers

This is the best way to clean your colon because an oxygen-based colonic clensear melts compact matter in the colon. This is the only way to do this. This method uses ozonated magnesium to reduce the solid toxics and makes it to a liquid or gas form. There are different types of oxygen-based colonic cleansers and the best ones can clean the whole bowel which makes room for a normal bowel process. But bear in mind that most of the oxygen-based systems have failed independent oxygen release tests. This is because many of the oxygen based colon cleansers contains a low-quality kind of magnesium oxide.

In tests it has been shown that Homozon and Oxy-Powder are the only two colon clenser products that release enough oxygen to entirely cleanse the mucous and compressed matter in the colon. Homozon was invited already in the 1890’s but oxy-powder was recently developed. Oxy-Powder is shown to be 20% stronger and it contains an in-capsule catalyst and Germanium-132 which stimulates the immune system.
